It is chick full of vitamins and minerals and a great source of easy-to-digest calcium. This breakfast is a superfood bonanza and it will keep you sated for hours to come after your morning meal.
Pour the tahini into a small mixing bowl and add the honey. Mix vigorously with a spoon or fork and spread onto the bread. You can toast the b read prior to spreading the tahini mixture of you like.
Cut a medium banana into slices and place on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
