Cauliflower Salad With Cabbage, Kiwi, Tomatoes, And Sprouts

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Steam the cauliflower florets for 4-6 minutes. Strain and keep aside.
  • Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, petimezi, salt, and pepper together until the dressing is smooth.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, and orange slices. Drizzle dressing over cauliflower mixture; toss to coat. Gently fold both types of tomato and kiwis into the salad.
