Watermelon Limeade With Or Without Alcohol

HOW TO PICK A GOOD WATERMELONI:t’s hard to know what’s inside a watermelon before cutting it open and tasting it! But there are a few things to look for, regardless of the shape of the fruit – there are many varieties, oblong, round, etc. – all fine, so long as their shape is even and symmetrical without bumps or irregularities. All watermelons have a light spot on the side where the watermelon sat on the soil. The yellower the spot, the riper the watermelon; totally white spots indicate that the fruit may not have reached peak ripeness yet. Another clue to the quality, ripeness and sweetness is weight. The watermelon should be heavy for its size. Personally, I also always tap a watermelon to hear its sound, which should be deep when iit's ripe; overripe watermelons will sound flat and hollow when tapped!
