  • Grate tomato and strain until thick. Mince mushrooms in processor. Grate onion, combine with tomato.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil, cook mushrooms until dry; season with salt.
  • Combine lamb, garlic, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, salt, pepper. Mix gently and chill 30 mins.
  • Form 6 patties; grill or broil to desired doneness.
  • Warm pita and serve with burger, yogurt, tomatoes, pickled peppers, and lemon.
