Stove-Top Greek Lemon Potatoes

2 pounds small new potatoes 3 tablespoons extra virgin Greek olive oil 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 cup dry white wine Juice of 1 large lemon Greek sea salt to taste 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves or 2 teaspoons dried 2 teaspoons dried Greek wild thyme or oregano
Place potatoes in a saucepan with olive oil, butter, wine, lemon juice, and salt. Bring to a boil, then cover and cook over high heat for 8 minutes.
Reduce heat and continue cooking for about 20 minutes to brown the potatoes.
Add herbs and cook for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and serve
